Get Started with Levelpath
Purpose: This document is intended to provide a high level overview of the login process within Levelpath.
What is Levelpath?
Levelpath is a next-gen procurement platform that aims to make procurement delightful. Our AI & mobile-first approach maps the process for everyone to easily find where they need to go while streamlining workflows and approvals for enterprises of all sizes. We believe that software should be simple and we take pride in creating systems that are built to last, drive progress, and, most importantly, delight users.
Access all your information from anywhere via a native mobile app on Android or Apple devices , or web browser. All the data you need, when you need it.
How do I log in via Levelpath's website?
- Navigate to the Levelpath website app.levelpath.com, or your company provided link.
- Enter your Organization Domain (Hint: your company name utilizing dashes in necessary spaces ex: my-company-name) or bypass this step with your company provided link.
- Log in via your company’s preferred SSO (single sign-on) or via company provided log in.
How do I use the Mobile App?
- Download the Levelpath App for your preferred device.
- Enter your Organization Domain (Hint: your company name utilizing dashes in necessary spaces ex: my-company-name)
- Complete your requests, approvals, supplier searches and all Levelpath tasks on the go!

How do I set my user preferences?
You may access and edit your user preferences by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of your Levelpath page. Click “My preferences'' to access user options.
Roles and User Groups allow you to view all of your user permissions which have been granted by an Organization Administrator. You will also be able to view all user groups you belong to which will be an indicator of the steps within a project in which you will be assigned.
Notification Preferences allow you to view the possible Levelpath notifications that you will receive via email, in the Levelpath App, and Slack. The green check indicates you will receive that notification and the gray X indicates these notifications are turned off. You can edit individual notifications by selecting the green check or the gray X directly on the page.
My Preferences allow you to view and edit your landing page and project step display by selecting from the drop down menus. You may edit your landing page to Front Door or Hub. In addition, you may edit how you view your projects. “Workspace Step Display” options include continuous scrolling through the entire workflow, or use pages which allows you to view each step as its own individual page. With this setting, you would click the top tracker to navigate through steps rather than scrolling through the workflow.
What are the Levelpath Modules?
- Front Door
Utilize Front Door to guide you toward information and begin your requests for your Procurement needs.
- Hub
Utilize the Hub to view the progress toward the completion of your requests. Levelpath makes the Request to Approval process transparent for all stakeholders.
- Suppliers
View the Suppliers page to identify who your company currently partners with. This allows you to streamline your request process as smoothly as possible.
- Contracts
Contracts are viewable with specific user permissions. Utilize the Contracts page to identify key information about an Agreement your company has with a supplier.
