Company Settings User Guide
Purpose: This document is intended to provide a high level overview and functionality of the Company Settings page in Levelpath.
What is the Company Settings page?
The company settings page allows power users with admin permissions the ability to see their Company Profile, Legal Entities, Org Chart, and Source Systems. It also allows management of default settings, webhooks, notifications, and integrations.
How do I access Company Settings?
Users can access contracts via the “Company Settings” icon along the menu bar on the left hand side of the Levelpath toolbar.
What can I do in Company Settings?
There are many things admin can do in Company Settings.
- View the Company Profile, including unique requesters, project leads, and user groups.
2. Legal Entities. View the list of Legal Entities unique to the company tenant. This list is managed by Levelpath, so please reach out to your support team if it needs to be updated.
3. Company Default Settings. This tab allows admin to configure default settings including default currency, fiscal year end date, and default landing page (classic or AI front door).

Integrations. View, set up, and edit integrations. Our team is always working on more integrations, so check back with your Levelpath support team for updates!

Notification preferences. Admin can set default notification preferences for all company users on this page. Users can still customize their own preferences through their profile, but this allows for a default setting for those users who may not frequently login to Levelpath.
- Email notifications can be customized with tenant branding (logo, colors). Reach out to your Levelpath team to set up your custom notifications.
- Org Chart. Admin can update their org chart using the Org Chart page. Download the template to fill it out for the first time, or upload a new version using an updated document.

Source Systems. The source systems page allows admin to set their Source System for their supplier list data, or add additional source systems.
