Supplier Hub
Purpose: This document is intended to provide a high level overview of functionality of Supplier Tasks within the Levelpath Platform from the view of a Supplier.
What is Levelpath’s Supplier Hub?
As a supplier who has been invited by a Levelpath sender, you have access to your Supplier Hub which will contain all open and submitted Supplier Tasks or Questionnaires that have been sent to you from the Levelpath platform.
You may log into the Supplier Hub at any time to view and manage tasks by going to supplierhub.levelpath.com Note: The email you provide for verification MUST be the email address submitted by the customer and has previously received an email invitation.

I received an email to collaborate. How do I log in?
You received an email because a current or prospective customer has sent a request for information.
When you are ready to log in, click the “Log In to View Details” link within the body of your email. Then, submit your email address to receive your verification code.
Please Note: The email you provide for verification MUST be the same email address that received the invitation. The initial recipient can add your email as a collaborator by clicking the "Add a collaborator" button once they log in.
To create a seamless login process for all Suppliers, Levelpath does not utilize passwords and has implemented a verification code process. After submitting your email for verification, you will receive a verification code in your inbox. You will be able to enter in the verification code to view your supplier hub and supplier task.
How do I complete a Supplier Task?
After logging in, you will be brought directly into the Questionnaire or Task sent by the customer. Below is an example of the Supplier view of a Supplier Task. On the right hand toolbar, suppliers can add a collaborator under "Team", see Updates sent by the requestor under "Updates" and messages sent by the requestor under "Messaging".
To add a response, suppliers should click on the “Questionnaire” tab and then "Edit Response". Once complete, you can click the blue "Submit Response" button and your information will be automatically populated into the Customer’s workflow.
If suppliers were sent an in-depth questionnaire, they will see the option to “Complete offline”. Clicking that button will let you download the questionnaire into a .xlsx file, which you can fill out in your preferred spreadsheet application, and then upload your answers to import.
After importing, select the “Submit response” button to send your responses to the customer.
How do I manage my supplier workload?
You will also have access to your Supplier Hub which will hold all open and submitted Supplier Tasks or Questionnaires that have been sent to you from a potential customer via the Levelpath platform.
You can get to your Supplier Hub by clicking on the Levelpath logo or “Customers” in the top left. This list can include multiple customers that all utilize the Levelpath platform to streamline your process in completing all tasks.
