Using the Ironclad Integration in Levelpath
Levelpath now offers a live integration with Ironclad. This integration sends contracts and kicks off a workflow Ironclad, reducing manual effort and making the transition more seamless. Within Levelpath projects, users can also view the Ironclad workflow status and access a direct link to the Ironclad record, making it easier to track progress across systems.
Step 1: Enable the Ironclad Integration
1. In Levelpath, open the Company Settings menu from the left-hand navigation bar. Note: only users with the Admin role enabled can access the Company Settings page.
2. Select Integrations from the list of options.
3. Find Ironclad in the list and make sure it is Enabled.
4. Enter the required information:
– Domain – ironcladapp.com
– Template ID – ID that corresponds to the Ironclad workflow (you can find this in the URL of the relevant workflow in Ironclad).
Step 2: Connect Your Individual Ironclad Account
1. Click on your Profile Icon (top right corner or bottom left hand corner)
2. Choose My Preferences
3. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
4. Under the Ironclad section, click Connect with Ironclad.
5. The user will be redirected to an Ironclad permissions page.
6. Click Allow access.
7. Once connected, users will see a Connected status.
Sending a Contract to Ironclad
Open the project with the desired Contract in Levelpath. Navigate to the Contract step. Once the Contract is ready, click “Send to Ironclad”
Tracking Contract Status
• Within Levelpath, users can see the Ironclad Status (e.g., Active) directly from the project/request.
• The Ironclad Link provides one-click access to the workflow record in Ironclad.
Tips for Success
• Always confirm the Template ID and Domain are correct before sending the first contract.
• If the connection fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting the Ironclad account.
