Supplier Configuration
Purpose: This document is intended to provide a high level overview and functionality of Suppliers within the Levelpath through the perspective of an Organizational Administrator.
What is the Suppliers page?
The Suppliers page of Levelpath acts as a library or directory of all suppliers your organization uses or has used. Within the Supplier page, a user can look-up a supplier and obtain information regarding their description, contact information, business category, as well as projects involving the supplier.
Supplier Enrichment
Levelpath offers supplier enrichment utilizing Open AI to best document key information within each Supplier page. To utilize supplier enrichment, contact your Levelpath Support team to get started!
How do I add a supplier?
Adding a supplier is easy! When on the Suppliers page, select ‘+ New Supplier’ located at the top right of the page:
Once Selected, the user will be prompted to enter basic Supplier information:
NOTE: Only users with the role of ‘Supplier Manager’ toggled on will be able to add new suppliers.
If a large import of suppliers is needed, please reach out to Levelpath Support to assist.
How do I add Supplier within a Project?
Once an intake is complete and a project is created, users assigned to a step within the project will have access to selecting a supplier.
The user may search and select a current supplier from the list or request a new supplier. If a request is made, the user will have access to an additional form to request a new supplier.
